Center for Maternal Health Access, Advocacy & Transformation
Guided by Advocacy
Core Commitment
MHAAT is grounded in the understanding that advancing maternal health equity extends beyond
clinical intervention to include structural alignment, community integration, and dignified care.
Through its commitment to Access, Advocacy, and Transformation, the Center advances
balanced, responsive systems designed to support mothers comprehensively and sustainably.
Strategic Priorities
Clinical Stabilization & Risk Reduction:
Implementing structured, evidence-informed
interventions that mitigate maternal hypertensive disorders by promoting cardiovascular stability
and continuity of care.
→
Community Engagement & Access Alignment:
Strengthening pathways between institutions
and communities to ensure sustained engagement and equitable access across maternal stages.
→
Advocacy & Systems Transformation:
Supporting institutional and policy alignment that
advances equity, structural responsiveness, and dignity-centered maternal care.

Data & Continuous Evaluation:
Advancing measurable, adaptive practices that promote accountability and demonstrable improvement in maternal outcomes.
→
The MHAAT 360° Framework
At the core of the Center’s work is the MHAAT 360° TM framework,
an integrated maternal stabilization model designed to promote whole-person health through:
• Structured hydration support
• Whole-person nourishment guidance
• Movement and stress-regulation strategies aligned with clinical recommendations
• Continuous data tracking and outcomes measurement
